They killed our furchild through neglect. There was no communication and no sign on her cage to indicate that she had to have cold water frequently and food was to be restricted to only chicken and rice, which we provided for her. Three bowls were in her cage first day we visited - all with different kinds of dog cereals. She needed hand feeding and obviously that was not done.
