The staff here are amazing! I'm so thankful to Lisa, Michelle, Emma, and Anne. Special thanks to Tori who took extra time and care to explain the medical situation. She should teach bedside manner! Having said that, it was a difficult experience for my elderly parent with a small semi-private room shared with someone who played the radio loudly and with the bathroom a ways down the hall. I understand that the health care system is stretched to the breaking point, but wanted to note those details in case they might be helpful... read more
I just wanted to appreciate the security guard who was on duty today I believe he is an Indian or Asian gentleman he treated me with professionalism and respect I came to visit my relative on the second floor and he was very helpful and guided me politely I really appreciated the way he helped me
