Triage was horrible, didn't give me a wait time but gave the people after me a wait time. I told her I hadn't taken any medication and was in serious pain but was left to sit without any help
Wait times are far too long
My mother had an ultrasound scheduled for 9am which required her to have a full bladder. We showed up over 15 minutes early as requested, and now an hour past her scheduled appointment time she is still waiting with a very full bladder. Unorganized to say the least. Don’t schedule someone for a time you can’t keep to especially when asking for someone to have a full bladder. It’s not fair to the patient.
