Had a great experience with Prince. The whole team from estimating, sales, permitting and accounting were excellent. Jesse came out quickly to give recommendations and measurements. From there, the permit coordinator Camille did her best to make a long process, quick. Prices were fair too. I’d recommend!

Prince Development Group is one of the most professional and competent companies I ever hired to do work at my residence. Once I accepted the fair and detailed estimate prepared by Jason, I was constantly updated on the permitting process and scheduling from him and his excellent staff (Camille, Paula and Peter). The installers also did a fantastic job on my lanai. This is one company who made it easy to give a 5 star review for the outstanding work performed. I highly recommend them!

Prince Developement just finished our screened in lanai and we couldn’t be happier. They put in a 30 foot wide picture window that looks like you can walk right out to the backyard. Our backyard is a showstopper. Prince also installed Travertine on the patio deck and it is beautiful. We highly recommend Prince Developement if we could give them 10 stars, we would.
