I have had nothing but bad experiences at PCH, the staff that hasn’t quit yet are judgemental, unkind, condescending, lacking empathy, and just brush you off and send you home to die without even attempting to help you. Save yourself and go to QEH instead.

Visited the emergency dept at5.30am. All staff very friendly and professional. Wait time was not bad and Dr Dwyer was excellent. Thankyou to the staff
Had to go to the emergency department for an infection so went first thing in the morning. I am from away. Charges were as expected. Excellent doctor. Out within 2 1/2 hours.
