Too long to get into but long story short pain in center of back numb legs pain in legs started well over a year ago. Seen several times west prince and pch for exact issue. Last time I was told by a Dr to go home and take half my bloodpressure medicine. I filed a complaint with health pei I was told go to qeh because pch isn't my best option lol . So I did it was a long wait but dr was great was given a ct scan immediately and I have numerous back and neck issues and will probably need surgery. DO BETTER PEOPLE'S LIVES ARE ... read more

Arrived at 6:30 pm, waiting room basically empty. Wait times were 1-2 hours. Didn’t get registered until 7pm and the receptionist was absolutely rude. Been here 5 hours with multiple people who arrived after me being seen while I wait. I asked when I will be seen and she told me there is still someone infront of you. I asked why when I’ve been here 3 hours longer than anyone else in the waiting room. She told me, because you are stable and not fussy. I have had nothing but bad experiences at PCH, the staff that hasn’t quit yet are judgemental, unkind, condescending, lacking empathy, and just brush you off and send you home to die without even attempting to help you. Save yourself and go to QEH instead.
