I'm not very satisfied with your service department. I bought a GMC truck about three weeks before the service and the air conditioning went out, the TPMS sensors on all four tires were either out or low voltage on the batteries, then while servicing they found a lug bolt that was stripped. The air conditioner had a bad thermostat. I can understand it going out. No problem there.
