I went to Prince Chevrolet service department on 06/05/2024 and had the worse experience ever. This is the second time that I made an appointment a week in advance to insure they order the right filter for my mini cooper car. The first time I had to wait about three hours because they order the wrong filter after telling them in advance. Kelley Collins the parts manager assured me that this would not happen again.
