I checked in (without an appointment) due to a dead battery in my 2018 Silverado on a busy Friday, 1 Aug 2025 at 3:00PM and out by 5:00PM!!! I would avoid this dealership at all costs. On 9/9/2025, my employer and I purchased two new vehicles. He bought a 2025 Diesel 3500 at the tune of $80k, and I bought a 2025 1500 for $44k. Everything was great until the next day 9/10/25, I noticed a dent and paint blemish on the hood (see photos). The photo with my hand in it is the next day. I am very upset at how unethical they are. I was in negotiations with them & then the manager reached out to say we had a deal and to go there at 4pm that day. Before I got there, they sold the car to someone else. Very bad business practice.

I arrived at 8:20 AM for a 8:30AM appointment to mount and balance 4 new tires including an alignment. They took my RAM 1500 back immediately. After waiting 3 hours,11:35 AM, I went to the service manager to see what was taking so long. He told me that they had discovered that there were 2 different style lug nuts and the installer had trouble getting the odd ones off as they didn''t have a tool that would fit it. Update to my last review to include pictures. Those tires were installed on Monday 08/11/25. Drove the truck home and parked it. 2 days later went to drive the truck and the right rear had a huge bulge in the side wall. I assumed I received a bad tire and called Tirerack for warranty replacement. That took until Monday the 18th to be shipped to another installer and mounted and balanced. Recently purchased a new vehicle at Vachon Buick. I worked with car salesman Colin, who went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. He was enthusiastic, helpful and kind - even staying behind an hour after closing on a Friday evening to help with my purchase. I had a wonderful experience- would recommend to my family and friends.
