We have taken our car in for service 4-5 times since we purchased it around 2 years ago. EVERY time we pick it up there has been a grease foot print on the light colored carpeted floor mats. we have reported this at least 3 out of the 4-5 times since we try to give the benefit of the doubt in understanding mistakes happen....but this is no mistake..it is a trend from either no oversight, not caring or plain disrespect for others property. if the car was not under warranty I would NEVER have service provided at this dealershi... read more

I went in for my 2nd oil change and It was a great experience. The technician Matthew Harper came out and spoke to me once he had finished with my vehicle. Great service and friendly atmosphere.

The service department is horrible and liars. I dropped my vehicle off to have a knob fixed on my radio that just fell off a brand new vehicle🙄while my truck was in their possession it was dented and even when Aubre or Audrey whatever his name was the service manager saw that the dent wasn't there when I left my truck continued to lie after both he, my husband and I looked at the video proving I was right he went on to say I'm going to have to file it under my insurance like who want to go through life paying for others inc... read more
