Spacious parking, free parking, enough seating area, clean place and very professional staff.

We had an appointment at the Prince Charles Eye Unit in Windsor for our child, and, surprisingly, we encountered an extremely rude receptionist. She was an older Afro-Caribbean lady wearing a mask and was very abrupt, not letting us speak. It seemed as though she was unhappy with her job or perhaps ready to retire. For a children’s department, having a receptionist with that attitude is not ideal. Although the NHS may not always prioritise this, I believe they should have more friendly and welcoming reception staff

Excellent treatment and really friendly and helpful staff. Arrived at 11:00 and all treated by 12:30 after seeing two therapists. Could not be faulted.

I was waiting in line to check in for my appointment when the woman at the front said anyone with appointments first. Even before I could answer she just overlooked at whoever was behind me and asked them. When I said I have an appointment she said you should have spoken up. Her Attitude stank. On my last visit i witnessed a man telling her to fix her attitude while he walked away, i know im. It the only one.
