Terrible service. Called to get my dog in as a we are new to the area - receptionist said just go to your old vet (Niagara Falls) - she was rude! I wouldn’t take any animal here if the is is what the people are like !
Extremely disappointed with the abdominal ultrasound performed on March 13, 2026 for my senior dog. The report was unacceptable: full of placeholders (“W: #INPUT#mm”), organs marked as “not imaged”, generic text, and poor image quality. Even worse that the report claims they “recommended radiology consultation but owner declined”, but they NEVER offered me a radiologist review at any point. I was never told about this option.
