The owner was not forthright and did not close out the job or permits. We had to do that with a hired third party. We were selling our property and at the closing..suprise! Mario has three liens on the property. We paid off the liens and of course he then owned us money that after 6 months he has not paid. He wrote a red text "so sue me" Also as contracted the floor lights were never installed or the power pedestal. He did not get along with several of our vendors. Rude actually.
