As someone who deals with complex PTSD, my nervous system is a wreck. Nothing about dental work is calming or relaxing, so I’ve struggled my whole life to stay on top of dental challenges. Dr Rioux and Dr Ritchie and all of the staff at Prince Ave Dental have made it easy for me to get the care that I need, and have treated me with nothing but care and kindness. I drive here from Ottawa for all my appointments - that should tell you everything you need to know.
From the moment I walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and make me feel at ease. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, and we never had to wait long. Such a great experience every time! My 13-year-old went in on her own one day and came out saying how kind and patient everyone was with her.
