From the moment I walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and make me feel at ease. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, and we never had to wait long. Such a great experience every time! My 13-year-old went in on her own one day and came out saying how kind and patient everyone was with her. I always have the best experience whether it's for myself or my children. They work wonders with my severe ADHD 4 year old and even my 2 year old gets excited to go to the dentist. Kristie is always kind and quick to remind me on not using my teeth as tools lol. Heather is funny and puts anyone at ease by explaining her process, sharing her knowledge and giving tips the whole way through your appointment; her passion for what she does is inspiring. Dr. Danielle Roux(and staff)are very professional yet friendly, she is excellent at her line of work, and you can tell she is passionate about her occupation. One time the power went out during a thunderstorm, and in the interim before the back-up gen kicked on, she continued, and finished the filling. It was a pro job. I was very impressed with her professional level of calm, and skill set. I needed a lot of work done, and I was embarassed because I knew I let my hygiene slip up.
