I hated even giving 1 star... went to prince and dealt with fred..was an all day process just to be lied to... the price on the car was not the price we paid... false advertisement... and then we both had excellent credit but got outrageous finance charges.. later when we had to take it in for a recall we found out that it had a rebuilt title which we were not told in the beginning .. if we would have known we would not have gotten the car... we have had to put out major money for repairs from the accident that totaled the c... read more

My husband and I were looking for a vehicle and came across Fred’s listing, we called on a Sunday not knowing they were closed but Fred ended up reaching back out later that day and we set up a test drive for Monday. Prior to our test drive while we were inspecting the vehicle, Fred was very open and honest on any and all questions we had, and he didn’t try to pressure us or hide anything. Bought a 6k car everything was fine till I drove it home smoke started coming out from up under the hood Aj said it would be fixed with his mechanic since I had already bought the car , I took it in and I have no clue what the mechanic did but I still started having problems and still continue to have problems I wish they were more honest even if they said they were . Now I’m riding around in a bad car with my kids I hope it doesn’t break down on me
