Mechanic there was nice. I asked for a cigarette, and he gave me one. We also send a lot of cars they're way. Never had any issues with their work or service.
I visited this shop based on a recommendation and was initially pleased with the employee who assisted me — the service was good, and the price was reasonable since I asked about it beforehand. However, my experience with the owner was quite different. I brought in window switch assemblies for Kia 2012 for repair without asking for the cost upfront and was shocked to be charged $250, despite the item costing $75 from the agent.
