Horrible customer service, super quick to charge you money for labour and installation but super lazy on getting back to you. No good communication between the employees and individuals who are actually doing the work. Will not tell you any update for the system in which if it’s needed to be transferred or installed again. Just negative experience with this security system. Way better services out there for sure!
Securtek has taken hours to call back after an alarm went off on multiple occasions and securtek traps you into restrictive contracts that you cant transfer to a new home owner. Terrible customer service. There are better alternatives out there.
I have had the pleasure of doing business with Prince Albert alarm multiple times. A 5 star review does not do justice for their work and customer service. I would highly recommend them for any commercial/private work!
