I fell in a situation where I had to arrange home care services for my aunt in Chicago suburb area because my cousin became incapacitated. I live right by my mother, but I do not have time to take care of her daily living due to my work and family obligations. I hired Primus Home Care about a year ago for round-the-clock care. We always had two caregivers splitting 4 days and 3 days. Excellent caregivers and responsive office staff . If you need home care services, these are definitely people you are looking for.
A caregiver who worked for my parents for last 3 years just packed and left today without any notice. They need someone onsite 24/7 due to their health conditions, and I was in no position to come take care of them. My nurse friend recommended Primus and said they are the only one that specialize in live-in care near me.
