I can’t speak to the level of care but I can say that it is a pretty ridiculous request that they expect parents to put up $350 for registration per child without knowing when they would be able to place your student. There is no dropdead date that if they don’t place your child within for say, a year that you are guaranteed your money back. I have twins. I am going to be as delicate as possible as I understand many people love Primrose (Westlake) as well as Primrose at locations across the country. In fact the positive feedback from many friends is what made us feel comfortable with selecting Primrose for our 3.5 year old unique daughter. We absolutely love Primrose Westlake Entrada and everyone there. Our toddler, who stayed home with us the first 18-months due to COVID, now loves going to school every day and I know without a doubt that this is the best place for her to learn and grow as an individual. I'm not sure what happened to my other review I came back to edit too add more great stuff! this school is a dream my boys have done amazing. The teachers and staff are such a blessing. I highly recommend this school!

We love Primose School of Westlake! Moving here 7 months ago I toured many childcare facilities and Primose of Westlake was my last stop. Hands down THE BEST! I’ve never had a complaint. It’s very clean. The owners and staff are so kind and involved in the school! They truly care about each child that walks through the door. My 2 year old daughter loves her teachers and has learned so much by being there.

We love Primrose Westlake Entrada so much. Great staff who really cares and has so much knowledge about caring for children. My little one has learned so much from them and our pediatrician even said he’s so impressed with all our child knows at such a young age. We love this Primrose location and would highly recommend them.
