This facility has unorganized administrative staff. I was told in March that my child was still on the waiting list and now in April he's no longer on it. The only solution given to me was to place my child at the bottom of the waiting list again. Considering that I signed up my child almost a year ago, this is totally irresponsible, unprofessional, unreliable and inconvenient for working parents. RecommendedGreat Staff, Great Teachers, and Great Leadership. I have been with Primrose of Gambrills ever since it was established. This is a family owned franchise and you can tell from the beginning just by meeting the owners. They treat you like family. I can't imagine a better place to take my child. The depth of his learning was immediate as he learned sign language within his first week at age one. Now almost three years later, he is excelling in math, reading, and writing. Best decision we ever made.
We love this school and all of the infant teachers so far. From day one they have gone above and beyond to help make us feel as comfortable as possible about leaving our daughter with them. Besides the usual first day nerves every new mom (and dad!) experiences, we have always felt very safe leaving her there. They always take time to understand our preferences. Equally as important, we learn so much from them with respect to health, food and helping her reach new milestones.
Immediately felt at ease after the first week of dropping my then 3-month-old off in the infant room with Mrs. Batiste and Ms. Leach. My 5-year-old enjoys the learning activities, teachers, and friends she has made, as well. The Primrose staff is caring & friendly. The building is clean & organized. One of my favorite things is receiving pictures throughout the day of my daughter in the classroom.
Amazing school in every way! Fun, safe, wonderful teachers and staff.
