Please do not leave your loved ones here if you truly care about them. My nana and grandfather were at this facility almost 2 years. My nana had a fall and an ambulance was called however they never called us. Once she had received care at the hospital and stitches, she waited for 12 hours because no one had been notified she had been ever left the facility. Primrose is a beautiful home to be considered. The staff is great. Nurse Keshia is very helpful and caring.

The feeling you get when you walk through the door is very warm and inviting! The community is gorgeous! The staff and residents are all very friendly and truly care! Everyone has been very welcoming. I am thankful that I have been able to join this team.

I cannot say enough good things about Primrose Assisted Living! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff go above and beyond every single day to make sure the residents feel safe, comfortable, and truly at home.
