I can't say enough good things about Primrose of Tyler. When we called to get my mother-in-law admitted, they were incredibly responsive and were able to get everything sorted the same day. After a series of challenges with her care, including a hospital stay and her inability to return home, we were in a bit of a crisis. My mom was in memory care and would not recommend this place. They can’t keep staff. There was minimal interaction between staff and clients. A very depressing environment. The facility is gorgeous but that can’t make up for the terrible care. Also they kept raising prices. My mom was there for around a year and a half and the rent increased by around $1000. Not to mention the level of care prices increased also.

Primrose Retirement is a great place to work. The leadership team work together very well. They are great at team work and conflict resolution, always looking for ways to improve resident, staff and family satisfaction.
