We had such a great experience at Ponderosa Lodge. Friends were so complimentary off my mom's room. The staff was great and would stop in often to visit with mom. As mom's disability progressed the staff checked in more often. The management team went out of their way to check in and greet us. The chef would even check in if my mom might have ordered something that would be hard for her to swallow. I won't mention anyone specifically because I don't want to leave anyone out. Top notch caregiving all. Thank you.
This is a great place for your loved ones to be taken care of and a great environment for all I love going there to visit the residence they're great people and have very good conversations
Tina, Kristi, and all the staff are concerned about the welfare of each and every resident. They create a friendly nurturing environment for all. Very clean facility. Hint: never miss evening with chef. Chef Omar produces incredible meals. Really struts his culinary stuff. Highly recommend the Ponderosa. Wonderful place with many activity.
Sad place. Management only wants ur money. The director is heartless and only talks about herself.
