Super disappointed. Staff is treated horribly!!!. You could hear the cook talking about which residents were eating too much. Some residents who needed help eating or who was brought to the dinning room were left till a staff member had to ask for someone to take them. Staff in dining room did not look happy.
My parents have been living at Primrose for the last 6 months. Prior to that they lived in a rural community for 56 years in a very beautiful but older home. There was never a time I wasn’t worried about their safety about what would happen if they needed help because there was no fire department in their town. There were no emergency services. that were closer than 30 minutes and they are 85 and 90 years old.
