I recently moved to DHL. I have met numerous new friends. The staff is amazing (once I broke them in) and so helpful and efficient. There are so many games and activities some days it is hard to decide which to participate in. There are three meals a day if you want to purchase them. I think most of them are delicious. Quality is consistently outstanding with professionalism and resident services. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. The staff is not only friendly but also very skilled and quick to resolve and respond with any concerns. So many options for resident participation while offering amenities and services to make a fun and wonderful life style.
Beautiful place. Residents are happy. I really enjoyed visiting here and talking to the people living here. The staff appears attentive. There are lots of activities and events. In the end my loved one refused to move anywhere and didn't. She told me if it was so great I should go live there. I just might! But I also know where my first call will be should I need a place for a loved one to be safe and cared for.
I am a resident of Duluth Heights Lodge. I feel safe and secure living in this lovely community. I enjoy the large windows in the apartment that let in the natural light. There are bright cheerful common areas to socialize and take in the many daily activities. The staff is a caring amazing group. Along with the residents I feel like I am living with a wonderful caring family.
