This was my daughter’s first prom dress experience yesterday and it was awful! From the moment we walked in the owner Christa Dexter was nothing but rude. 45 mins into our appointment she got confrontational with me which ended it for us right there. This lady needs to learn about customer service cause she lacks in that department. I wouldn’t waste my time or money in this store!
