Great boutique with great service
Leaving a 1 star review because although the try on experience wasn't terrible, the experience afterwards was. My daughter purchased a dress from this store back in fall 2024. The try on experience was okay, lacked professionalism. The after sale experience was terrible. You will not receive a tracking number, which is weird since the dress is ordered and *shipped* in, I believe by Purolator. Like other reviewers have mentioned, you cannot just walk in to the bridal and dresses area when you visit - it is by appointment only. You can't even browse it without the employee lady stopping you at the entrance. But you can browse the general clothes area. Nice dresses, their prices start from $800 and up. It's a generally clean area, I just wish they weren't so strict on appointments. The store was dead when we visited.
Very pushy and rude. Said if not ready to buy wedding dress that day, should not be in the shop. Was the first place I looked. Very disappointed. Needs to take a course in customer service.
I am definitely not one to leave reviews but I had such an awful feeling after my experience. I went into the store for shape wear and the lady was right off the bat rude. I told her my size was medium and she was annoyed because I didn't know my size in numbers. She also demanded to see a picture of the dress I would be wearing over top of it.
