This place is a complete joke! During the time I was there, septic waste was coming up out of the ground in multiple different places weekly. Management was contacted multiple times and nothing was done about it, so I had to get the Health Department involved. The Health Department at least made them pump the tanks, but it still overflowed weekly. Appears that everything is in order and that it's laid back and easy going. No problems with anyone and it's a nice park.
Since we have moved into this property, all our questions and any problems have been promptly fixed. Dusty came to check our living room blinds. He confirmed the problem and then fixed it by replacing the one blind that was broken. He was very polite and respectful. He even listened when asked questions about other potential problems. We would be pleased to have him come back if we have any other repairs.
