As a family, we had the privilege of helping our parents become residents at Primrose Chateau, at a time in their lives when meals and full time management of their home was becoming a challenge. Dale, Sharon and the team at Primrose made the transition as seamless as possible and today, mom and dad are enjoying delicious meals, and new friends and activities. This note hangs near the front door of their suite - love and care do, indeed, make Primrose Chateau feel like home.
I moved here September last year so far I'm loving it. The staff is wonderful, I like my suite. I have a nice view from balcony. I like the activities in the building, it keeps you busy and most of all I like the the food here. It's like eating in the restaurant, you don't have to do dishes or anything and you're eating with your friends. And you have a bus to take you in places since I don't drive anymore.
Best Retirement Home for oldies. Staff are friendly and accommodating to the clients and family. Great Service
