A dear friend has been living at Primrose Chateau for over two years and would agree the staff are wonderful, however the quality of the meals has been steadily declining. In order to get a hot, tasty meal she has to go out. All her complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Surely with the hefty increase in rent something could be done. It really is a lovely place otherwise.
Our Mom / MIL stayed at Primrose Chateau for the past 5 years. You cannot get friendlier staff and a superb environment for a loved one. Lots of entertainment opportunities. Great community atmosphere!
Primrose Chateau is great place! I really enjoy being here. The staff is excellent and it’ a great place to have a walk around the building. We have a lovely garden place here and beautiful tomatoes. I have wonderful friends who gives me a great pleasure and calms my mind. Everyone is nice in the building
My mother has been at the Primrose Chateau for over two years. From the first day onward she has thrived there – physically, emotionally, socially, and cognitively. She has made wonderful new friends, found new hobbies, and engaged in stimulating programs both within and outside the residence. There are so many daily programs.
