Went to see the nurse everything went smoothly from getting in touch to makeing the appointment very good service.
Receptionist - on duty at 11.30am 8th Aug 2025. I called today regarding the status of my son’s registration application. I was flabbergasted at how this receptionist was talking to me. As a health care professional, it is shocking at the attitude and behaviour of the receptionist. Rather than offering help or guidance, she seemed impatient and unwilling to listen to my concerns.
