I have lived at the Sequoia Park Apartments for almost 5yrs. now and I really enjoy the comfort and quiet environment. The apartments are surrounded by green spaces and a wonderful walking trail. Deborah, the apartment manager, is very kind and always goes above and beyond to assist with my requests. Carlos and Sam with the maintenance team are polite and helpful. They are always going out of the way to make my stay more pleasant. I can't leave out Grace who is the most awesome activities director ever!
FIVE (5) STARS TO DEBRA, THE SEQUOIA PARK APARTMENTS MANAGER. SEQUOIA PARK IN DENTON IS A WELL ESTABLISHED COMMUNITY WITH AN Exceptional MANAGER WHO IS ALWAYS GOING THAT EXTRA MILE TO INSURE THE RESIDENTS ARE TAKEN CARE OF. DURING MY YEARS OF RESIDENCY, I HAVE WITNESSED OUR MANAGER DEBRA SWEEPING HALLWAYS, SHOVELING DIRT IN THE CARPORTS, SCRUBBING BASEBOARDS, ETC. Quick & efficient, was not an emergency at all. Maintenance request was put online & in less than 1wk was completed.
I visited Seqoia Park Apts yesterday I was very impressed nice management. I talked to Alfonso Martinez Leasing Specialist wonderful young man looking for a new place to live go check it out nice!!! Nice area, nice apartments. And plenty places where you can take the kids and yourself to walk and enjoy yourself. Thank U very much Mr. Martinez for my visited See Ya"ll real soon. Debbie Chalk.
