I visited Seqoia Park Apts yesterday I was very impressed nice management. I talked to Alfonso Martinez Leasing Specialist wonderful young man looking for a new place to live go check it out nice!!! My work order was handled perfectly by Carlos who is such a hard worker with great pride in his work. He goes over n beyond in his job duties. Even if the community is at times short staffed, his performance never wavers.This community is very fortunate to have him and if there is a pay increase in the future, he deserves it.
Bldg 6 is still waiting for all the dry mud to be cleaned up in our parking area. Also we are still waiting to all light bulbs to be replaced in the parking area.
