Extraordinary food, phenomenal staff. I highly recommend sitting at the chefs table—the kitchen is so much fun to watch!
We both ordered steaks and they were cooked perfectly. Meat quality slightly below what you can get in the flatlands for the same price. The steak sauces were so good! Probably the best chimichurri I have ever had. The default demi glace the steaks come with was also spectacular. Rest of the sauces in sauce trio were also dank. Highly recommended getting the sauce trio Sauteed mushrooms were also dank.
Best burger in the boat! Appetizers and lamb are awesome, too!!! Give it a try- you will not be disappointed!
We looked forward to eating here during our vacation to Steamboat and planned our day around it. Both their website and google said they close at 10pm. We arrived at 9:05pm and were refused service. I said I thought their closing time was 10 pm and they acted like I was dumb or wrong - they could have just said sorry we closed early instead of being unfriendly about it.
