This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever had.
Took my Mercedes sprinter van in for brakes and they did an excellent job was in and out with no issues would highly recommend this place to all. And their customer service is phenomenal

Called the store and the guy answered with “Hello???” And i thought maybe i called the wrong place so I asked if it was Primos and he said “yeah what do you need??” I told him and he gave me attitude about me calling while they were on lunch and id have to wait 45 minutes till they were back and then they would check me in. I would understand being upset if I called when it said your closed online but it was almost 3pm. Ended up going to Blacks tire.
