Our neighborhood to go place for tires. My teenage daughter needed a tire and went by herself. She said the owner was polite and worked with her. No up charge or scheming. We’re back today and waiting because it was a little hot the owner provided us with water. I always appreciate the small things. Great service, quality used tires and amazing customer service!!
Top quality customer service! I drove a long distance one way UHaul with an auto transport (car hauler) to be returned at Primos. The Auto transport was not rented to me correctly, which made returning it difficult. Niel didn't miss a beat, he reached out to UHaul and the place I originally picked it up from and got it all sorted out with kindness, patience, and a smile! Excellent customer service!!
