Betsie the Manager at the Primo's off Flowood really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Another staff member did not set aside my muffins- so Betsie apologized and asked if she could re-make them for me and have fresh ones the next day! What a treat! Thank you again Betsie for making it right!
We visited Primos in Flowood for brunch on Saturday morning, and even though the restaurant was packed, the service was incredibly fast! We ordered our food, found a table, and by the time we grabbed our drinks and sat down, our food was already waiting for us. Everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. What really made the experience special was the personal touch from the manager, Keith. He stopped by our table to check on us and even brought us a cookie!
