As a FORMER long time client of Alejandro. I’m beyond disgusted by the terrible customer service I received today. I called in advance and made an appointment, walked into this place and was politely greeted by a barber. Upon meeting my barber (Juan), there was hair all over the arm of the chair and the seat. I had a cloth splint on my arm from a surgery and didn't want someone else's hair stuck in it and all over my pants. I politely asked if the barber could remove the hair and he replied, "It's a barbershop."
