Integrity, Accountability, communication, and teamwork are lacking drastically. Specifically m, John Ellis and Melvin Escobar. They are the most unprofessional, rude people I’ve ever encountered in this industry. The people at Primoris should be ashamed that they are represented by these two individuals.

Let's add on another reckless driver from this company driving in Greenville Texas on a service road. Speeding and tail gating near a neighborhood when its 45mph. This is as of June 20th around 5:15PM. DO BETTER! This company deserves all the low ratings they can get. Ridiculous.
Primora crew was replacing a power pole right next to my property. The workers dug dozens of shovel fulls of soil from my back yard to fill the hole around the pole. I asked them to fix it and they lied and said they would. I immediately called Primoris and OF COURSE they give me the run around, giving me several different numbers to call and transferring me to several different people. No one cared, of course. In June of 2024, a couple of employees driving a Primoris truck, ran into my car at the QT in Greenville, TX. When my son-in-law, who was driving, mentioned that he was going to call the police, the two employees got back in the truck and left the scene. We went round and round with Primoris and their insurance company did not want to pay for the $3000 damage cost because we did not have a truck number or license plate number.
