Do not invest in this franchise. They take money for marketing, BUT you still have to shell out more money to market your local store. They only care about their original locations, and the pop-ups across the country are failing one by one.
The beginning
Ewing has been closed for weeks. Still getting the Wednesday message. You call the corporate office and they put right on hold and leave you there. Jersey Mike's is over on Rt 31. They do a great job and they're open. It's a shame that PH has done this to the community. I had a lot of friends in there.
I ordered a sandwich on two separate occasions from the Ewing, NJ store and both times the instructions were not followed with my order. It used to be my favorite place. To be honest, I don’t feel like a valued customer.
