I had a very disappointing experience here today. I parked in the designated accessible parking space because I have a valid handicap placard displayed. As I walked in to pick up my order, an employee at the front said, “Next time don’t park in the handicap space. That’s our only handicapped space, and we have actual handicapped people who need it.” I was shocked. Extremely disappointed. I clearly ordered my hoagie with mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes only, yet the sandwich was covered in oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper—none of which I ordered. This isn’t the first time this location has ignored simple instructions. I paid $41 for food my children and I couldn’t even enjoy. I don’t care if the order came through DoorDash—your job is to make the sandwich as ordered. Start reading the tickets and stop adding ingredients customers never asked for. Unacceptable.
