There were 3 workers standing outside the main entrance smoking. It was not pleasing to walk through a cloud of smoke. We placed our order online and it was clearly sitting there. No matter when you place your order, pick up time is 30 minutes after you place it . We were not able to choose our pickup time. Our four hoagies were clearly made as soon as they received the order so they were sitting there for at least 20 minutes. The hot hoagies were cold and the cold hoagie was warm. “I had a terrible experience at Primo Hoagies. I called in my order, and not only did it take about an hour, but when I finally got it, the order was completely wrong. They did fix the problem, but it was done with zero customer service or professionalism. On top of that, they ignored my clear instructions about the toppings and added whatever they felt like. It’s frustrating to pay for a service and be treated this way. 500k-million dollar business getting ruined by children
Love it here. The food is always good and the service is amazing. Definitely recommend.
