I orderd 2 hoagies a regular and shortie. I requested for the regular to be cut in 4's & the 6 inche cut in 2's. I made the request because my left hand is in a hand brace. But when I got home and opened my hoagies neither of the were cut in 4's or 2's. I called and expressed my concern in a nice manner and the female asked in a very condescending way "what would like me to do for you"? Wow!!! $17 for a bada bing . I like the sandwich but for God Sake why so much ... please don't tell me about the ingredients it's not our fault you paid a lot for the franchise . How about one day a week when you feel sorry for the working stiff and provide a nice deal . next time I will come in with a hard hat
