I found a nasty long black hair in my food. Am never going here again. This is unacceptable!
8/27/2025 location was 360 North Oxford valley road ,Langhorne,Pa. I like Primo Hoagies but the hoagie rolls(seeded) that where used on ours seem to be very hard and not easy to chew when eating them, At $26.48 for the 2 of them i feel it should of better than this.
For the last few months I noticed that more often than not the bread is nothing like it used to be. It has been consistently stale, dry and disappointing. Today it was beyond that and I finally called to let them know this bread is inedible. The manager said it was due to temperature problems with their ovens because the temprature was off. All good chains at one point loose the ability to maintain quality they once had.
