I live up the street and have been to this location many times. The last 5-6 times I have come here the bread has been stale. I keep going back because I expect I had a bad, one off experience but it's a recurring theme. I have tried to go early before lunch and I've tried it at dinner. I've asked others and they have the same experience. To contrast, I went to the one on Fruitville pike and the bread was completely different and how I've known Primo to be. I hadn’t had a Primo sandwich in quite a while and I was very hungry and looking forward to a delicious lunch as I remember them. I was in the Lititz area so I stopped in the Lititz Pike location. First person took my order and then motioned to another person for help. He then walked away without saying anything more. The second person was helpful and courteous and finished with my order. We ordered a hoagie platter for a staff lunch and were all pleasantly surprised. The ingredients were fresh, the ratio of ingredients was on point, and the service is always 10/10. We will definitely be ordering from Primo's again, both personally and for work. Thanks for everything!
