I love primos food, but it's always so disappointing when people don't listen to what I ask for. This is the third time I've asked for DOUBLE extra cheese. And he said yes. Well I used a coupon so I didn't realize the price was off and I wasn't given a receipt so I can't be sure if I was charged twice for the cheese. I am positive is that this is NOT double extra cheese though. I don't know how else I can phrase this so they do it right.

I eat from this Primos a lot, sometimes the hoagies are a hit or miss, but when it’s a hit you know Don prepared it..

Great food, would 10/10 recommend if you’re in the area and want a hoagie. Owner was very nice to me and was very respectful.

I have been a long-term customer of Primo but not after today. I ordered my normal Turkey Primo and when I arrived home I discovered that there was barely any Turkey on the hoagie. It looked and tasted like a lettuce and tomato hoagie. There wasn't even one ounce of Turkey in the sandwich. This PrimoHoagies has tremendous employee turnover and the store owner needs to make sure that new employees are not shortchanging their customers or else they soon won't have any.
