Picked up two hoagies today! And we both loved them! Came out so delicious!
This location has some serious issues. They recently reopened, and their sandwiches are still the same poor quality....not indicative of other Primo's locations. First of all the roll.....the roll is supposed to be crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Their roll is consistently limp outside. They get them in half baked, and only need to finish them off in house...obviously something isnt going right here. Messed up the condiments on our order from ordering online in two ways, which obviously is pretty straightforward. Double check your orders people.
Very disappointed & confused!! Primo's has always been my "go to" hoagie shop. (order at least once a week) I ordered a turkey hoagie today, I feel like I was delivered a sandwich from Wawa. (Actually might have been better if I got Wawa) It was short, skinny & only had a slice or 2 of turkey on it. Paid for extra cheese, did not even get the normal amount of cheese that should of been on there. Bread was soggy, and the lettuce was already had a slight brown-ish hue.
