Very disappointed & confused!! Primo's has always been my "go to" hoagie shop. (order at least once a week) I ordered a turkey hoagie today, I feel like I was delivered a sandwich from Wawa. (Actually might have been better if I got Wawa) It was short, skinny & only had a slice or 2 of turkey on it. Paid for extra cheese, did not even get the normal amount of cheese that should of been on there. Bread was soggy, and the lettuce was already had a slight brown-ish hue. I had such an unexpectedly positive experience with Primo Hoagies that I felt like I had to share. I’m just now getting to writing this due to the life of chose.I needed a last minute tray to feed my family while we were grieving the unexpected loss of a loved one, and I was honestly stressed and overwhelmed.
