Primo hoagies is a awsome sub shop but when you get stale bread it gives you a bad experience. Please. Primo don't give stale bread. I'm truly disappointed
Slowest service I've ever experienced. And when I politely mentioned that it had been 20 minutes since I was told my order "would be ready in a few minutes", I was responded to in a rude fashion. Will never come back.
Please avoid going here if you are in a rush. When we walked in there were only 3 people inside that had already placed their order. They took our order right away and were told it would take a few mins. IT TOOK 45 MINUTES! We ordered basic turkey and cheese small sandwiches. The wait time was ridiculous for what should be a simple, quick sandwich to make. Additionally, after already waiting for 25 mins, I asked the woman making the sandwiches how much longer for my order, she said she was making them now so only another min... read more
$15 for a sandwich is insane. And some of the cold cuts weren’t even edible. They had that stale ring around them and one was so chewy I had to throw it out. Not worth the price IMO
I was told my order would be ready for pick up at 1:10pm. It’s 2pm, and I’m still waiting. I would only suggest you go to this establishment if you enjoy wasting an hour of your day.
