Ordered a tray from the Wayne PA location on Super Bowl Sunday. We always order trays from them for parties because of the quality and amount of food. On this day we had a problem with the tray but could not get through by phone (which was understandable but frustrating.). We made do, but the next day I filled out the feedback form on the website. i’ve been a customer Primo‘s open in South Philadelphia. I’m with some family members in King of Prussia and they wanted a good hug and of course I said my family here has been waiting over how much you’re going in two hours in a minute feel a few minutes and of course, the food is top notch but this thing with Uber eats and all that I mean, I’m an older guy. Primos Hoagies are delicious and gigantic. The party trays are also awesome and well prepared. Service is friendly and they always get the order right.
Love primos, but the two women at this location that are working here on lunch have been working at a snails pace, been here since 12:27 it is currently 1:05pm…. There is a crowd of people all sitting at their tables with no food. The women keep walking around the kitchen like it’s their first time there. 2 employees in the back with 12 customers all waiting on food.
