Bread is great but the cheese deluxe barely had any cheese on it. Disappointing.
the food is good, don’t get me wrong (maybe too expensive), but the service is horrendous. you walk in and the employees are always on their phones looking bored and don’t greet you. they got my sandwich wrong, and when we asked if they could correct it, they didn’t apologize and kind of gave me a nasty look like i inconvenienced them? please teach your employees basic manners and customer service or hire people who want to work and don’t scroll tiktok the whole time. Placed an order through the app. Bread nowhere near as good as usual. Employees gave my wife the third degree when picking up because they just didn't understand the order. If this place could get it together and deliver Jersey Mike's would be out of business.
Beyond awful. I ordered a cheese sub for $17 and got this disgusting slop. It was small and beyond disgusting. I threw it in the woods for the animals.
Went yesterday and when I got my destination, I realized they had messed up my order. The sandwiches were the right ones, but there was no oil and vinegar, mustard was on the side when I didn’t ask for it on the side, and I got no hot peppers on the side which I did ask for. The oil and vinegar not being on there messed up the meal, as our sandwiches were dry. Ruined the sandwiches and we had no way of fixing this since we were at the park.
