This spot used to be good and busy. Food is still good, for a chain. Service is horrible. Last 2 times had to wait for my order after ordering on the website/app ahead of time. 1st time gave them 30 min to fulfill order, still had to wait 10 plus minutes. This time, gave them 1 hour after ordering, still waited 10 plus minutes. Need to hire someone thar isnt 18, doped up and able to read. Always forget something from a side to cutting my sandwich when asked. Place has gone downhill fast since opening a few yrs ago.
Jan 8th Update: Full crew today, no wait. Loaded soda case. Friendly crew. Jan 3rd 2025: Update: word on the street, this franchise has NEW OWNER. Service is slower, no soda in the case, 4 people on line, only one worker.... C'mon, you can do better! Do better! Great subs, better than Jersey Mike's, sorry Mike, better bread at Primos. Great service..... But wait time is longer than at other places... Fresh cut.. give yourself extra time. Worth it

Update 1/3/25 Sadly there appears to be a new owner and new workers here. None of the people that I used to see here weekly are here anymore. Sadly, it’s very slow service. Only one person working to make bread, sandwiches, answer phone, take orders. All of the meat in this cheesesteak sandwich is burnt. Trying to pull out all of the charred hard pieces. Yum.
