Let’s just say disappointing and sad is a word I would use to describe my experience at this establishment, I went in on 7-3-25 at 4:30 pm waited for a moment then an employee yelled from the back ,” Are you paying with cash or credit.” I said Credit, the gentleman said then use the kiosk to pay because were very busy today. I didn’t noticed a sign where the kiosk was so I looked down then noticed it. Now I ordered a whole cheesesteak sandwich with wiz, sweet peppers and pickles and mayo. Gentleman preparing the sandwiches scratching his hair with gloves on, then answers the phone and fiddles with his shirt collar. He then proceeds to prepare the food again with those same gloves on. I don’t feel like basic sanitation guidelines are being followed here
