Part of our Superior Mobile team stopped by PrimoHoagies while on the road providing mobile patient care services throughout Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. With so much time spent traveling between appointments, finding a convenient place where we can grab something to eat and get back on the road is always appreciated. The ladies are friendly and make great sandwiches just the way I ordered them and they were delicious.
The sandwich was great. The customer service was horrible. The guy that came to the register eyed me up like we were in prison .Gave me a head nod and just stood there until I stated “ I’m here for an online pick up”. He asked my name. Got the bag and laid it on the counter. I had another item I wanted, he scanned that and walked off back to the rear of the building.I paid via the card reader and left. I will visit the other Primo’s in my area. I will not be visiting this particular shop again. I will drive the extra miles.
They Just On Point With Everything.. Food Was Slamming And The Customer Service Was Excellent
