Sept 2nd 2025..ordered 2 Mild Italian hoagies..roll was stale..I called the person on the phone did listen..however after reading the reviews..I had every reason to call..many said the rolls are hard, stale, etc/etc..also minimal stringy lettuce plus 1 thin slice of tomato on each hoagie, and no onion…I was first offered 2 new rolls to transfer my inside of the hoagie into..seriously!!!!…then offered 1 new hoagie…cause they would not remake 2..this was a sale of literally $27.00 plus tax…they should be ashamed but many of th... read more

Roll was not fresh. Can tell it was at least a day old.
I placed a pickup order online. Our subs were ready at the specified time and were delicious!
