While I love primo subs the customer service seems to be lacking. My last 3 visits I have waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich. I understand it takes time to make them but what makes it worse is ive usually been the only person in the store. I do not understand why this keeps happening as in the past ive gotten my sub much faster
