What happened?? Did you change the sizing of your hoagies? Did you instruct your employees to portion out the rolls instead of leaving them whole?? Yesterday evening I ordered 2 Italian Diablo primo size, 1 turkey primo size. All of our hoagie rolls were cut having no ends on them, basically we got the middles of the rolls. There’s significantly less meat on this Italian hoagie than there used to be, and same with the cheesesteak that we got. I’m hoping this is a one-off because I really love primos but I was very disappointed tonight
