I have been a regular customer of Primos for years. I previously used a different location, but later switched to this Royersford location. Since the switch I became a loyal regular customer of this location. They normally do a fine job and the food is great. But during the last week of this past January, approximately the 26th, I placed an order and it was not satisfactory. I called the store to voice my complaint to the manager. Grub hub delivery. Their meat is sliced so thin that it almost mushes together and ends up like a piece of spam. A low quality & tasteless sandwich. Italian meats are loaded with taste, but this was nothing remotely close to a real Italian Hoagie. Try Collegeville Bakery, if you want a great authentic Italian hoagie (and for less money)! Never again.
Great tasting hoagie, but the roll was a bit stale or I would have given it a 5 star.
