I’ve been ordering from this shop for 4-5 years now. Recently they changed owners and it has gone straight downhill from there. Sandwiches are 1/3 the size they used to be. The people making the sandwiches do not know the difference between ingredients and regularly mess up simple sandwich orders. If I didn’t order 3 times a week I probably wouldn’t care but it’s egregious at this point. Really is a shame because it used to be so good. We have enjoyed Primo's hoagies from the Chester Springs location for years as it is close to our home. Since it has been under new management we have found that the amount of meat and toppings on the hoagies to be very lacking compared to the previous management and what is expected at any Primo's location. On top of that the last several times that we have ordered from this location they have gotten the order wrong. Been going to this Primos for years and its been great in the past. I'm not sure if they changed their portions, but my hoagies haven't been great the last few visits. It seems like they've started putting significantly less meat in the hoagies.
Have lived in the area for years. In the past, I would avoid this location because of poor service and delayed orders. Have gone back recently, and it seems to have made a turn around. Customer service much better and orders come out promptly. Not sure if this aligned to the new ownership, but keep up the good work.
