As always Primos delivers a fresh and hoagie! My go-to is the Roasted Turkey Classic. I would add photo but there’s not much left!
Always amazing customer service from Mike! Im a regular here and i just walk in, say same as usual, and boom theres my food. theyre usually pretty busy and not always fully staffed but they still prioritize anyone who's there and go out of their way to make sure everything is to perfection. We have bought hoagies from primos for many years and love them. However, a year ago we bought 2 hoagies , turkey diablo and tuna diablo. Terrible. No meat, stale roll. We decided to try again after a year and it was worse. Hardly any meat, not even a half of piece of lettace, which was brown and the tomato was the end which was gross. Roll still stale. No thanks Primo of Chester Springs!
I ordered 4 sandwiches, three were incorrect. I ordered a tuna diablo without cheese, it had cheese. I ordered a cheese hoagie and the gave a turkey and cheese. I ordered a small and the gave me a primo on an Italian. Maybe it was Saturday night workers, maybe Chester springs doesn’t have the same standards. This was not a good experience at all.
I typically love Primos but the experience has gone down hill while prices have gone up meaningfully. Yesterday 2 hoagies and 2 drinks + tip ran me $42. The hoagies were light on meat and the roll was a bit on the stale side. Also, the first table was dirty. Unless things improve or the prices come down, I’ll be looking elsewhere.
