I am shocked to see any negative reviews because I feel Primo's is one of the best sandwich / hoagie shops you can find...anywhere. The hoagies are perfection, especially the Classic Italian. I also appreciate the variety of chicken cutlet sandwiches they offer from the "Bada Boom" and "Bada Bing", to the "Chicken Suprimo". I'll be treating myself to another Primo sized hoagie soon...maybe tomorrow!
Great sandwiches!! Personally I feel that they have the best sandwiches in the Reading,PA area.
I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich and got barely any turkey on the sandwich, was all bread! Then when I called to complain about it the to c the “manager”, she hung up on me. I just said there was no meat on the sandwich and she got really rude saying she watched the guy make it and hung up on me! I won’t be back. I’m sure you don’t care but she had no right to hang up on me, I didn’t even raise my voice.
Just left there. One of my hoagies was to have sharp provolone and a side of hot peppers. Did not get my side of peppers and the sharp provolone was in CHUNKS on my hoagie. Not sliced. Disappointed for sure.
