Have been to multiple Primos near my office as well as this location. This Wyo location is clearly following the Primo franchise standard in terms of portion size and quality. Other locations are not using the right chicken and barely putting any chicken or toppings in the whacked chicken. Wyo is doing it right!
Won't take cash order pick-ups. While I love their subs, I'll pass. St. Clair I didn't have a problem, Wyomissing I do. They should have an option on their online for cash pick-ups. If you don't show they charge. Not taking them at all forget it. Everytime we order, there's something wrong; like you order long hots with instructions to put them on the bottom of the roll and you get banana peppers, no long hots. I don't want to have to open each sandwich and inspect it so I won't visit much any more. They can't get the orders... read more

DoorDash order was canceled because they ran out of cheese! When I called the store to see if they would be getting some soon (hopefully today), no one answered the phone and the mailbox was full.
Food good. But staff are slow and have attitude. Never had that problem when older dark hair woman was there or tattoo guy. If ur in a rush call ur order in.
