Waited 45 mins for 2 plain hoagies. Nothing special just turkey and cheese. Beyond disappointed in the quality. I thought I would give them another shot after 7 years from my last time coming and it was even worse than before. There was multiple people waiting for just as long as me and even longer for 1-2 hoagies. The hoagies themselves were absolutely horrible. Barely any meat , sloppy and just not good. Beware !!
Ordered online so it would be ready when I got there. Took and additional 15 min from when the order was suppose to be ready. The sandwich barely had any tuna on it. Very disappointed. I should have went to the Springfield location.
Can always expect a good sandwich from here, the service is also good.
One of the worst experiences I had in the restaurant industry. Horrible customer service. Food quality was terrible. In the past the sandwiches were good. If you feel like treating yourself to some delicious food it's better off to eat at home. I can make a badass burrito sandwich at home and save money. It's s not worth giving them your money. Maybe another primos but not the specific location
