This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I stopped by on the 22nd August, around 8:26 PM as an Uber Eats driver to pick up an order for Jason B. While I was waiting for my order, the young woman with tattoos on her neck was incredibly kind and professional. She apologized for the wait and repeatedly offered me something to drink or eat while I was waiting. The bread was old. Can’t have a good hoagie without the bread being fresh
I was happy it opened back up but the quality of the hoagies at this location has dropped considerably. First time we ordered the hoagies were drenched in mayo and soggy. I figured first time back open so I gave it a pass. Second hoagie tray ordered recently and they were all soggy and smashed together again. It appears as if they may need a little more training in making a primos hoagie. The worker at the register was pleasant.
